Bathroom 1 of 2  bathroom remodels for the same client / We also did her Kitchen!

In this project, we were contracted to completely gut and rebuild the master bathroom,

enlarging it and tile a new, much larger shower and upgrade the vanity and plumbing.

Above left, you can see the old cramped shower, only 32" of elbow room. The wall area to the left of the shower is actually a secondary storage area to a closet in the closet behind the shower. In effect, wasted space!

Above right, shows the outdated vanity and artificial marble from the 70's. Time for some changes...

With the bathroom gutted now, you can see the framing and old shower floor.

To the left of the shower you can now see the dead area of the back section of closet.

The picture to the right, above, now showes the shower walls reframed and ready for the plumbing to be roughed in.

You can also see where we took out a small walk through door and enlarged it to 48" and added bi-fold doors later.

Now the pictures show the progress of the shower tile work. A shower this size can take 3-6 days from start to finish.

Tile work is done now in the shower and the floor of the bathroom is almost completed.

One more day the the grout will be done and sealed.

Here are final pictures of this project. The homeowner just loves her new master bath
