This home is an on-going project by the homeowner, restoring as best as possible to it's original design in 1912.

As you can see by the above pictures, there is much work to be done. Some 30 years ago a previous owner had vinyl siding installed and over the years it has deteriorated and is needing to be removed. For this project the siding was removed from the porch area only.

Here you can see the soffit and facia has been removed in preparation of new pine car-siding soffit and cedar facia and trim.

To the left you can now see the soffit / facia have been replaced and new storm windows installed.

On the right you can see everything is primed, painted and trimmed out.

So, here you have it, a completed remodel of the exterior of this porch including a new storm door and updated landscaping.
