# 1 -  Siding / Roof leak

These are pictures of a home that has had a long term issue with a roof leaking into the ceiling of a kitchen. We determined the leak was coming from the narrow roof over the bump-out, traveling through the wall, down to the kithchen ceiling. To resolve the problem, we removed all the siding as you can see in the first photo double layered 30# felt paper on the narrow roof and installed a metal edging that will prevent any possibility of water from ever getting through again.

In this next picture you can see new siding being installed after teh narrow roof has been flashed and shingles installed. While the siding was off, the owner was appreciative that we noticed teh molding around the window was  also in poor shape so we removed that as well and re-trimme with a PVC material which will now prevent any future problems with window trim rot or leaks.

# 2 - Roof repair

In this case from a client who has several rentals, we were called in to inspect the roof and try to determine the the reason for shingels lifting and in general the roof not looking proper.

After removing the shingles and tar paper, you can see the plywood was lifing from the trusses.

Simply put, a very poor installation.

As you can see, post repair the roof looks brand new and blends in so well you can hardly see anything has ever been done to it.
