Bathroom 2 of 2 for the same client

Above, I have put two picture over each other              Here is a picture looking back to where I was

while standing at the door, to give you the gist              standing for the other pictures.

of how the old cabinetry and bulkhead looked

prior to taking this bathroom apart.

As an overview of the project, we were not going to do any major reconstruction, mostly upgrading by removing the wainscoat tile, removing the bulkhead, installing new tile floor and regrouting the tub/shower area.

As part of the demo, it was discovered the water suppy lines had been leaking at some point causing the corrosion. It was necessary at that point to replace all the copper pipes.

This is just one of several possible unforseen possible issues that can be found when remodeling.

Here are the final pictures of this upstairs common bathroom.

The bulkhead over the old vanity was removed, electrical updated, new lighting, new tile floor and trim, new counter height vanity cabinetry, all new fixtures including higher sitting toilet and the tile in the shower area regrouted.
