Here is a remodel of a very small bathroom. Even the pictures were hard to take due to the size so look with an open mind and creative imagination as to the layout and all that went into this project!

The above left picture is after reframing the entire bathroom and this particular area is under the steps that go to the upstairs bedroom. You can see a cabinet specially desigend and built to fit around 2 of teh steps so there can be some storage space for necessities...

The picture to the right shows the tile person sealing the shower area and beginning the install of tile.

The above pictures show several specific items tailored for this homeowner. In preparation for the aging process, we were asked to install additional framing for certain items.

Grab bars, ADA shower seat and hand held shower wand.

You can see above the small area tucked under the staircase where the cabinet fits

along with the assessories and grab bar.

The sink was specially designed for this small area so as to have functionality and to save some space. We made a template that would allow us to custom cut and fit the black granite top to the iron brackets and a special sized sink bowl was ordered and mounted.
